Term of Sale
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with necessary health information, including all shot and worming records. The IOEBA registration will be executed at the time of purchase. The buyer understands that the puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with IOEBA and has been fully informed of how to go about the process of the IOEBA registration.
Deposits/Payments
1. All puppies require $500.00 for a deposit. Deposit must be paid by Cash, PostalMoney Order (These can be purchased at the U.S. Post Office), or by western union.
2. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis.
3. Payments will be made in Cash, PostalMoney order, or Western Union. No Exceptions.
4. Deposits are Non Refundable. IF something happens to your pup, if one is not available from this litter, your deposit will be transferred to the next/another litter. If you change your mind and do not/can not get the puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
5. All Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. This includes vet certificate, flight crate, and actual shipping cost. All shipping cost must be Paid in Full, at least 10 days prior to shipping date.
6. Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old.
This Animal is Guaranteed as Follows:
1. To be in good condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery to buyer. The buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time for a complete examination. If the Veterinarian finds the puppy to have serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such as coccida or giardia which is easily treated. The seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality when available from the same or upcoming litter. After the puppy is returned to seller; the seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian option at the expense of the seller. If the puppy is not examined with in 48 hours after delivery time, the above guarantees are no longer in effect.
2. To be free of any genetic/hereditary defect that causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of age. Your guarantee will be valid as long as the puppy/dog gets all of its vaccinations on time and has all Vet visit documentation.
Due to a vast variety of causes, including environment, stress and nutrition, skin conditions are not covered under the guarantee. If such an inheritable sufficient, supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from the same or upcoming litter, after the puppy is returned to seller.
3. Puppy will have received 1-3 vaccines, depending on age, and be wormed at least 2 times.
4. Sellers assume no liability in the event of any accident involved with your dog including but not limited to dog bites or personal/property damage. Seller suggest proper socializations and training be given to benefit the dog and owner.
The Buyer Agrees
1. To use the kennel name, Cutting Edge Bulldogges, the prefix in the registered name of the dog
2. Maintain up-to-date vaccines, wormings, heartworm preventative, etc. To keep dog/pup in humane conditions, providing proper food, water and shelter.
3. In the event that the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the buyer for whatever reason, the seller will have absolute right of the first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price.
Failure to comply with contract requirements and responsibilities or in any way to neglect the emotional or physical well being of said puppy/dog will result in the repossession of said animal either by agreement or by writ possession by seller without civil recourse by the buyer INITIALS
